Subway Art

There is so much public art here. For instance looking back at all the photos it is difficult to distinguish where art is located in a building or in a Metro. The metro tunnels are very deep; some people, possibly with vertigo, ride the escalators backwards. There are no elevators. Here are some examples that caught our eye on our journeys around Moscow and St. Petersberg. The former even has special Metro art tours.
